Edtech firm into online adaptive aptitude development won the Bangalore Crowd Pitch held on May 03, 2016. In the same month they raised seed funding from entrepreneur and former venture capitalist Subramanya SV. Also as the winner of the Crowd Pitch, they won free passes to Singapore’s largest startup conference - Echelon 2016. It was during the trip that led them to sign a lucrative Singapore government contract.
The Self checkout app which did not make it to the initial shortlist for Product Pitch 2.0 at Matrix Partners, ended up becoming the event’s Crowd Favorite. Since the Pitch, Perpule have been shortlisted for various startup pitches and investor connect events, most notably Next Money’s FF17 Pitch Competition. At the Visa-powered pitch event, where Crowd Product were partners, Perpule turned out to be the top team and will now be presenting at the finals in Hong Kong. We wish them the very best!.
LabInApp, a 3D Virtual Laboratory startup, pitched first at Bangalore Crowd Pitch in February 2015, an event organized by Vinay Dora. The company turned out to be the overwhelming favorite both by the crowd and the expert panel of judges, which included the likes of Ravi Gururaj - Chair at Nasscom Product Council and Radha Kizhanattam - Principal at Unitus Seed Fund. By June 2015, LabInApp received USD94000 from Unitus Seed Fund.
WichPlease, winners of UberPITCH Hyderabad and runners up at Crowd Product Grand Finale, both events organized by Crowd Product during March 2016. As winners they have since moved into state-of-the-art T-Hub Hyderabad space, India’s largest incubator. The company has recently been named among the top 30 disruptive start-up ideas and featured in The Economic Times.
Sunami SMS app, was voted among the Crowd Favorite at our recent Crowd Pitch events in Chennai and Bengaluru. Post the events, which had the NASSCOM leadership in attendance, the startup was picked to be showcased during NASSCOM Product Conclave Hyderabad. Since then the startup had also taken part in an international battleground for start-ups competition - Get In The Ring, and later got featured in a national news channel - NDTV.
